The Teenage and The Heroic Side of Spider-Man

Great news for Spider-man fanatics out there!

Columbia Pictures and Marvel Studios just released two official Spider-man: Homecoming teaser posters today.

In the first one, we see the superhero resting, lying in the sidewalk just like any normal kid while in school uniform, with the caption "Homework can wait. The city can't." We see here Spider-man's two persona: the teenager, and the hero. And there's the Avengers building in the backdrop!

The second featured more of Spider-Man's superhero, powerful side as he swings through the Avengers' building, with New York city in the background, and the tagline "Straight-A superhero", reminding us of this kid's intelligence and mental skills.

Spider-Man: Homecoming stars Tom Holland in the title role, who first appeared in character in last year's Captain America: Civil War. He will be joined in by teen Hollywood sensation Zendaya, seasoned actors Michael Keaton and Marissa Tomei, and Robert Downey, Jr. as Iron Man.

Prior to Holland, Spider-man/Peter Parker was played on the big screen by Tobey Maguire thrice (2002, 2004 and 2007), and Andrew Garfield twice (2012 and 2014).  All their films have been big box-office hits.

Spider-man Homecoming swings through in cinemas worldwide this coming July 7! Kapit mga bes, Spider-man is coming home!
